I have recently bought a new 14″ laptop, the ASUS VivoBook X402NA-FA112T as it is called in the Netherlands.Question: After using Keyboard Light Patch, the keyboard always light on by default every reboot. I have got fully working Asus S14 S410UN i5 8250U including: Battery, Fn Key, Brightness ACPI Backlight, Keyboard light, Camera, USB3, USB-C, Power USB, Elan1300 touchpad, Keyboard PS2, Sound CX8050 layout 3 via AppleALC, EXCEPT Wifi QAC9377 168c:0042.The initial step is to Press "Alt + F10," which will turn on the Backlit option in Dell A backlit keyboard, also called an illuminated keyboard or backlit gaming keyboard, is a keyboard that features lights inside the keyboard.Open your HP BIOS and go to the Advanced Settings tap. Windows doesn’t have a built-in option to control the backlit keyboard on a laptop. This has its limitations foremost of which is the make of your laptop. If you find the timeout counterproductive, you can set your backlit keyboard to always on. To turn the light on again, you have to tap any key or tap your touchpad. The light times out usually after 5-10 seconds if you don’t use your keyboard or touchpad.
